All appointments depend on mutual respect, clear boundaries and voluntary, informed and ongoing consent. A client or practitioner may decline or stop a session at any time.
Lawful use
This website does not offer or arrange unlawful activity. Requests that are unlawful, abusive or outside a practitioner's agreed scope will be refused.
Bookings
Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed directly by the concierge. Pricing, location, duration and cancellation terms will be provided before an appointment is agreed.
Wellbeing
You are responsible for sharing relevant health information before a session. The services described are for relaxation and wellbeing and are not medical treatment.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
